Is a Couples Counselling Retreat right for us?

Our Relationship Retreat has been developed for couples in committed relationships and is suitable for couples of all ages, backgrounds and sexual orientations.

Whether your relationship is already strong or you're experiencing challenges, the retreat provides practical insights and evidence-based strategies to help you better understand one another, strengthen communication and build a deeper, more connected relationship.

While our retreat is suitable for many couples, it may not be appropriate for relationships affected by active domestic violence, coercive control, untreated addiction or significant mental health concerns. If you are unsure whether the retreat is right for you, please contact us before booking. We are happy to discuss your circumstances and help you determine whether this program, relationship counselling or another form of support is likely to be the best fit.

Throughout the retreat, our therapists are available to guide and support you during the exercises. Couples come together for the educational sessions, however all discussions and activities are completed privately with your partner. There is no group participation or public disclosure.

The Venue

We were very purposeful in selecting Mandoon Estate to host our relationship retreats. As Tracey will show you in this very short video the grounds give you lots of wonderful spaces to spread out and do the individual exercises, and the room itself is large enough to have your own space while being comfortable enough to sit back and take in the valuable content.
