Will there be other couples?
Yes. There will be a limited number of other couples on the retreat. This is why we are able to offer such a low fee. However, the only time you are together with the other couples is for information to be provided. When it comes time to doing the work, you will be solely working in your couple, and at times, with the help of the therapists.

There is no group participation, no introductions and no expectation that you will share personal information or discuss your relationship with the group. In fact, we ask couples to keep their conversations private so everyone can feel comfortable and focus on their own relationship.
Is there any group work?
What if we know another couple?
While it's possible, it is relatively uncommon as couples attend from across Perth and regional Western Australia.
If you are aware that another couple you know has booked onto the same retreat, please let us know beforehand and we'll do our best to manage this appropriately. Remember, all relationship discussions remain private between you, your partner and your therapist.
Will therapists be around to help if we get stuck?
Absoluetly! Our therapists are available throughout the retreat to provide guidance, answer questions and support you as you work through the exercises. You're never expected to work through difficult conversations alone, we're there to help whenever you need us.
Do we have to stay at the accommodation?
Accommodation is completely optional. Some couples choose to stay at Mandoon Estate as it allows them to fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience and avoid travelling to and from the venue each day. Others prefer to return home each evening.

What if we need to cancel?
If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we will work with you to discuss the options available, including transferring your booking to a future retreat where feasible.
