Introducing our Reconnect to Self: Individual Retreats

Over the years I have found that people generally do not know how to look after themselves. I’m not talking about the basic needs of life, but rather in knowing how to truly nurture themselves.

They are often looking outside of themselves for contentment, for peace, for love. But not finding that within.

We are all unique for a reason and once we stop comparing ourselves to others we can see how truly special we are. We can see that we have our own inner knowledge and innate wisdom that is unique to us.

Reconnect Retreats provides you the opportunity to connect back with yourself and rediscover what ultimately brings you joy.

who is this retreat for?

For anyone caught up in the busyness of life, who frequently puts others before themselves and who doesn’t take time to recharge and reconnect with what brings them joy.


This retreat is designed to bring you back to your centre. It has been created to help you:

  • Understand why it is important to look after yourself and your nervous system

  • Learn emotional regulation techniques and the science behind them

  • Get to know yourself again

  • Slow down, find balance and connect to nature

  • Get excited about life again and the infinite possibilities it holds

    Note: This retreat is not designed for someone who is going through a mental health crisis


Reconnect to Self: Agenda

The weekend is about doing what feels good and what feels right for you.

All sessions are voluntary and you are welcome to spend more time doing the things that bring you joy.

    • 4pm - Arrivals

    • 5pm - Welcome & house keeping

    • 5:15pm - Workshop: How well do you know yourself?

    • 6:30pm - Dinner (all meals provided)

    • 8pm - Intention Setting

    • 8:30pm - Hypnotic, trance meditation

    • 7:30am - Morning breathwork session

    • 7:45am - Cold Immersion

    • 8:30am - Breakfast (all meals provided)

    • 9:30am - Workshop: How to regulate your nervous system

    • 10:30am - Morning Tea

    • 11am - Introduction to Chakras: How we hold energy in our body and how to release negative energy

    • 1pm - Lunch (all meals provided)

    • 2pm - Workshop: What gives and takes your energy and how to replenish it

    • 3pm - Afternoon Tea

    • 3:15pm - Free time

    • 4pm - DJ Scotty Q - Melodic & Hypnotic Set (lie down and let the music take you on a spiritual journey)

    • 6pm - Dinner (all meals provided)

    • 8pm - DJ Scotty Q - Energy Release Set (get up, move your body and release any negative energy)

    • 7:30am - Morning breathwork session

    • 7:45am - Cold Immersion

    • 8:30am - Breakfast (all meals provided)

    • 9:30am - Workshop: Connection to younger self (includes guided meditation)

    • 10:30am - Morning Tea

    • 11am - Workshop: The vision for your life (what beliefs would you need to achieve this?)

    • 1pm - Lunch (all meals provided)

    • 2pm - Workshop: Affirmations and self care to use at home

    • 3pm - Farewell


About our Founder

Hi, I am Tracey Quayle, founder of Reconnect Individual Retreats and Co-Founder of Reconnect Relationship Retreats. I have also run my private practice, Joondalup Counselling, for 15 years now.

After so many years of working with individuals and couples, one common theme has always stood out to me - and that is how important it is that we love ourselves.

When we don’t look after ourselves emotionally, physically and spiritually, we often seek this from others. If we don’t get these needs met we often feel empty.

I believe we are all responsible for loving ourselves and keeping our energy and vibration high. There are so many distractions in life that pull us out of our centre. It is our responsibility to cultivate practices that return us to ourselves, our wisdom, our calm and our peace.

I want these retreats to give people the opportunity to reconnect with themselves, to nature and to others.

When: Friday April 26th - Sunday April 28th

Where: Moondyne Convention Centre - Chittering

(Accommodation includes your own private chalet with ensuite and tea/coffee making facilities)
